Much like a Chardonnay grown in France’s coolest wine region will be different to one from hot climate California, coffee is also shaped by its environment and how it’s produced. This results in a massive range of styles, making coffee tasting (or ‘cupping’) just as important to coffee experts as wine tasting is in our world.
Join me each month to taste a coffee from a different country and read about the inspiring stories of where it came from. We will send tasting notes, information about the source as well as information on how to get there , what to do, where to eat and where to stay should you want to make a plan to go there one day. Life begins after coffee and travel creates the memories of life.
